How confident are we that all our students and teachers make sense of what we do and can articulate it?

How consistently is this understood across our community (students, teachers, leaders and parents)?

Making sense of what we do is highly important. It gives us clarity in our work and helps to articulate what we are trying to achieve. When we can define what we are trying to achieve and better articulate our WHY, HOW and WHAT as a learning community, our capacity increases, as does our credibility. Making the process of learning and our school improvement journey as unambiguous as possible ensures that all can articulate it.

At ideatED, we use a tried and tested iterative process that ensures schools make their mark and achieve what they intend and more. Uncomplicating a change management process makes it less abstract for our stakeholders to process and navigate. This is why we can achieve great things and regenerate our learning communities. It is always essential to start with our WHY.

We'll take you on a
Strategic Improvement Journey

A school’s improvement journey is unique and takes time. We need a clear strategy that balances different priorities. A partnership with ideatED is a long term developmental commitment and might include:

National School Improvement Tool

ideatED partners with schools to enhance educational outcomes for all. Streamlining existing practices and working together to create exciting new approaches improves school learning ecosystems. The National School Improvement Tool (NSIT), developed by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), consists of nine interrelated domains. These combine and overlap to provide a comprehensive framework for school improvement. ideatED uses this framework as a basis to strengthen the work undertaken in our school partnerships.
